Crumlin road parade

Firstly I take it the Lodge or the Institution is going to take this absurd determination to the courts to get a judicial review?

Are they along with the leaders of Unionism going to demand that the discredited parades commission change this disgraceful determination? Change the time of the sectarian anti-Protestant, Unionist, Loyalist, Orange, political demonstration and to ensure the human rights of the PLUO community and ensure the parade can return at its normal time?

This illogical and irrational determination rewards republican sectarian street politics and the threat of violence!

I have a few questions that need further investigation and answers?

After this totally illogical, irrational and impractical 4pm return parade deadline, are the psni, making contingency plans to remain at this point for the rest of the evening, and at the same strength that would be required for the safe return of the PULO who will be returning home at their normal time, and do they have the Army on standby if they can't cope with the inherent threat of republican violence from the anti-PULO political republican demonstration?

Can the discredited parades commission guarantee this absurd decision is going to reduce the likelihood of republican violence from the various warring republican groupings in Ardoyne?

The warring republican groupings who are raising community tensions by organized this anti-Protestant, Unionist, Loyalist, Orange community political demonstration should not be rewarded. As they are all to well aware of the inherent dangers of engaging in their sectarian street politics.

The grouping involved in this sectarian street politics is same grouping who are opposed to the psni, as much as they are to any part of the PULO community and culture? Therefore by their sectarian actions they are forcing the area to be overtly policed and increasing the possibly of violence.

Can assurances be given that the lawful persons from the PULO community who are on foot, going about their lawful business of wanting to go home after the day’s joyous cultural events. They will not be attacked or inhabited by the psni due to this determination?

Will the parades commission ensure the human rights of the PULO community will no be violated by the psni, because of republican sectarian street politics by anti-peace process republicans?

Are the psni going to stop the PULO community in their basic human right, of returning home along the Crumlin road?

If so why?

Are the psni going to stop families, friends or individuals men, women and children from the PULO community, from the basic human right to access the Crumlin road to make their way safely home?

If so why?

Are the psni, going to detain contain, cattle then herded together and force the PULO community up the Crumlin road because they attended a lawful Orange Parade?

Will the parades commission accept the responsibility for the detaining and containing and cattling of the PULO community by the psni?

Are the psni going to forcibly disperse the PULO community and make them take unnecessary detours through other republican (Oldpark, Bone and Cliftonville) areas at further the risk of republican violence, to get to their homes in Ballysillan and Ardoyne.

If so why?

Will the parades commission accept the responsibility for the forcible dispersing of the PULO community by the psni?

If not why not?

Are the psni and parades commission going to guarantee the PULO community safe passage past the baying republican mobs that will still be roaming around the area after their anti PULO sectarian political demonstration?

If not why not?

Is the leader of Unionism Peter Robinson going to make representations on behalf of the community he says he leads?

If not why not?

Is Peter Robinson going to be on the Crumlin road, to demand and insure the human rights of his community?

If not why not?

Is Peter Robinson going to ensure that the psni act in an impartial and equitable manner?

If not why not?

Is Peter Robinson going to guarantee his communities safe passage home?

If not why not?

Is Peter Robinson going to leave the shambles that is the Stormont assembly due to the hideously grotesque breach of the human rights of the people he says he leads???

If not why not????
